The owner is an Ex-Army person, who was across the globe for the last 22 years. The home stay is comprised of four units with attached bath rooms and will be expanding to a resort facility in the future.

Byndoor is a village in Kundapura Taluk of Udupi district in the state of Karnataka, India. It is situated close to National Highway NH-66. Sri Someshwara temple is one of the most beautiful temples located on the seashore. It is 13 km from Maravanthe. Seneshwara Temple is oldest temple in Byndoor.
The beaches are the main attractions in the towns located on Coastal Karnataka. Even in Byndoor, the Beach is the main places of interest. The beach here is famous for the beautiful sunset. The serenity and silence of this place attract many tourists.
